Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Italian Oil, 100% Taggiasca Olives – Cold extracted
The Extra Virgin olive oil “Mosto Oro” 250 ml is produced from the finest quality “Taggiasca” olives, a cultivar typical of Western Liguria, harvested by hand from autumn to February – March at their maximum ripening and immediately cold pressed.
Left to settle in antique underground reservoirs which have been steel coated in recent times, and packaged unfiltered immediately before shipping.
The “Mosto Oro” exemplifies the typical characteristics of Taggiasco Extra Virgin olive oil, produced without compromises to quality. In particular, our mill carries out a two-phase oil extraction, which allows us to obtain oils that are relatively richer in polyphenols and therefore, fuller in flavour and more fragrant.
“Mosto” means unfiltered, and in fact, the oil is bottled just as it comes from the mill, without any kind of treatment, after a period of natural decantation.

Storage instructions
Extra virgin olive oil must be stored away from direct sources of light since light greatly accelerates the natural phenomenon of oxidation. In this case, the wrapped bottle ensures total protection against light for a better preservation of the sensory characteristics of the product.
Prolonged exposure to heat also has a negative effect on the oil, even if less damaging than light. We advise you, therefore, to store this product in a cool place away from heat sources.
If you have stocked up on this product and want to keep it in the best possible condition, store the bottles closed at a temperature close to 15 °C, if possible (in the cellar or garage, for example).
