Delicious ‘Borettana’ cipollini onions in extra virgin olive oil. Originating from around the town of Boretto in northern Italy, they are characterised by their flat, saucer-like shape and valued for their sweet, mild flavour and crisp texture. Processed straight from picking and immersed in a good extra virgin olive oil, to which is added a touch of pink pepper.
The same quality “Borettana” cipollini onions can also be enjoyed in sweet and sour sour.

Uses
Our ‘Borettana’ onions in extra virgin olive oil can be eaten as they are, as a delicious appetizer or starter, but due to their versatility are also excellent for enriching salads and mixed appetizers, as a topping on pizzas or to accompany meat dishes.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, ensure that the product is covered in oil, top up if necessary, and keep refrigerated (+4°C). Eat within 3 days.
