In fact, even in the field of the so-called “Condiments based on flavoured extra virgin olive oil”, we concentrate on getting the best!

First of all we use ITALIAN ORGANIC extra virgin olive oil (most of the flavoured oils on the market do not even declare the origin of the oil, taking advantage of the fact that for this type of product the indication of the origin is not mandatory by law) .

We choose delicate and fragrant extra virgin olive oils, such as not to overwhelm the aroma of the fruit or plant that we want use as the flavour.

We then flavour the extra virgin olive oil with NATURAL flavours obtained from ORGANICALLY cultivated plants or fruits (with the exception of truffles and porcini mushrooms which are not cultivated, but obviously grow naturally in the woods)

In the case of the white truffle, in addition to the natural flavouring, we also use the NATURAL EXTRACT OF WHITE TRUFFLE: probably the most expensive extract in the world!
