Paymnets Delivery Giuseppe Calvi & C.  delivers in Italy, other European countries, SSwitserland, Norway, UK, USA, Canada and Japan.  Shipment is made to the adress indicated by the customer at the moment of the order. Delivery is made at our risk: therefore if goods are lost or damaged by the courier we make a new shipment of what has not been deliveered or has been damaged, provided that the the lack of products or their damage has been marked on the delivery bill of the courier and it has been countersigned by the driver. In case of damage we kindly ask you to inform us by email because we might not have been informed by the courier. Delivery cost Delivery cost is automatically calculated in the basket and can be checked before the final confirmation. Delivery cost varies depending on the value of the order and on the destination country of the oder. In case of deliveries outside the European Union the Customer may be required to pay additional costs for duties or custom costs directly by the courier.. Order cancellation  Clients can cancel an order already transmitted and not shipped yet, writing to posta@oliocalvi.it. Payment will be refunded. Unavailability of products If any product ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will promptly inform the customer agreeing on the delivery methods of what is available. Right of withdrawal Pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 N°206, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract and return the goods within 10 days of receipt, giving notice to Giuseppe Calvi & c. srl, Via Garessio 56, 18100 Imperia or by writing to posta@oliocalvi.it. It will be our care to refund the amount paid within 10 days of the return of the goods Complaints For any report, complaint or request for information, you can contact us directly at the email address posta@oliocalvi.it or call us on 0183 292851. Regardless of what is specified in the “Right of Withdrawal” point, we want our customers to be totally satisfied with our products and it will therefore be our commitment to try to solve any problem that occurs. Protection of minors Minors under the age of 18 are not authorized, unless under the supervision of an adult family member, to place orders via the online order form.
