Small, tasty, tender baby artichokes in extra virgin olive oil 1.5 kg.

These baby artichokes come from lower down the plant and although fully mature, their petals remain softer than the larger ones. In addition, they do not have a choke in the centre making it possible to eat virtually all of it.
After being carefully cleaned they are cooked slightly and soaked in olive oil. This traditional processing is able to preserve all the taste of the raw artichoke.

Uses
The Calvi Baby artichokes in oil are very versatile: being ideal as a starter or side dish, as a delicious filling in sandwiches and to enrich salads.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, ensure the product is covered in oil, topping up if necessary, and keep refrigerated (+4°C). Consume within 5 days.
