“Frutto Verde”, literally “green fruit”, is an excellent Italian extra virgin olive oil, obtained from organic olives harvested at partial ripening when they are still green. This gives it a strong, distinctive flavour: the perfect product for lovers of quality oils with a distinguished taste.

Uses
We recommend it on beans, soups, grilled meat or vegetables and on stockfish, boiled or stewed. Try it in ‘Pinzimonio’, a classic Italian way to enjoy fresh Mediterranean vegetables – sticks of raw vegetables of choice served with a dip, the ‘pinzimonio’, of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar or lemon.
Storage instructions
Extra virgin olive oil must be stored away from direct sources of light since light greatly accelerates the natural phenomenon of oxidation. Prolonged exposure to heat also has a negative effect on the oil, even if less damaging than light. We advise you, therefore, to keep this product in a cool dark place, such as inside a kitchen cabinet and away from heat sources.
