Our Mediterranean Little Tuna in Olive Oil: a truly exceptional product.
The Mediterranean Tuna, also known as Little Tunny or False Albacore (Euthynnus alletteratus) is a fish of the same family as the Tuna, but has smaller dimensions and particular marks on the back that look like letters of the alphabet. The flesh is darker and more intense than other large tuna and is extremely tasty.
It is an amazing product, perhaps second only to the Mediterranean Bluefin Tuna.

Uses
The Mediterranean Tuna goes especially well in salads (even cold pasta or rice salads), together with boiled vegetables, or with pasta.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, ensure that the product is covered in oil, top up if necessary, and keep refrigerated (+4°C). Consume within 3 days.
