Our Red Tuna is obtained from the Mediterranean Bluefin Tuna (Thunnus Thynnus), the most sought after and valuable of the tuna. It is carefully processed and jarred all by hand with the addition of high quality Olive Oil.
Compared to normal tuna, the meat is red in colour and the taste more intense.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, ensure that the product is covered in oil, top up if necessary, and keep refrigerated (+4°C). Consume within 3 days.
