Uses
Ideal for making a quick and simple, but delicious pasta sauce with the addition of a couple of cloves of crushed garlic, a few tablespoonfuls of a good olive oil, a tablespoonful of balsamic vinegar and fresh ground black pepper to taste. Alternatively perfect as a base for making more complex dishes, such as curries, lasagne, spaghetti bolognese… etc
