Peppers and courgettes, stir-fried in a delicious base of onion, celery and carrot, bound together by our sweet tomato sauce. All enriched with a clove of garlic, herbs and a good extra virgin olive oil.

Uses
The Calvi Sauce with Vegetables is perfect for seasoning pasta or rice, this sauce also makes a tempting garnish for sandwiches and bruschetta, as well as being perfect for delicious recipes such as vegetarian lasagna and polenta.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened keep refrigerated (+4°C) and consume within 3 days.
