Legally you have the right to return the goods within 10 days of the delivery date (that is, the date you received them). We will then instruct you on how to return the goods and a refund for the full amount paid will be made within 10 days of receiving your request. Regardless of the provisions of the law, we will try to resolve any possible reason for customer dissatisfaction. We, therefore, ask you to contact us in case if you have any queries, even if this occurs outside of the 10 days.
